The Law Firm STRELÁK & PETKOV (S&P) is a young law firm based in Bratislava, capital of the Slovak Republic, established by partners as an association of lawyers – advocates on the purposes of the common and more effective perfomance of advocacy and especially the forcible defence of the rightful clients‘ interests. The establishment of the law firm S&P was a natural “flash point“ of sveral year professional co-operation of the partners and at the same time a creation of the adequate platform for the realization of the commonly shared ideas and visions by following the aims of „the advocacy mission“. 

 

S&P partners’ advocacy performance is focused primarily on rendering legal assistance and full support to national and multinational companies realizing their either business or investment intentions in the area of Slovak Republic and in co-operation with our partner law offices also in other countries primarily in the states of European Economic Area (EEA).

 

Clients of S&P are also other legal entities, legal entities in the field of the public administration including the local government (self administration) bodies, associations, natural persons defending their rights and rightful interests in compliance with laws of Slovak republic and European Union.

 

Our primary goal is always to find practical and sensible solutions to our clients' legal issues, through incisive logic and lateral thinking in compliance with “the advocacy mission“. We believe that the purpose of the law and the real advocacy mission is to find equitable balance through reduction of conflicting situations and to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients. 

 

Our approach to the advocacy performance is to combine the best traditional standards with a modern and dynamic approach to doing business - a combination designed not only to meet, but to exceed, our clients' expectations.
